How Deep
Life Takes me in

When I Search,
For What is Within

Each Day
Takes me
Deeper in

I Find

I Have
Only Scratched
The Surface

Where
Do I Begin,

To Find
The Center
That Lies Within?

How Deep
my Thoughts,

When
I Think of How
Far I Need To go

The Depths
of Knowledge,

Will
Take me Where?

Into Wisdom
To Search
Life's Meanings

How Far
Will I go,

To The Depth
of my Soul

To Reach
For Meaning?

Will my
Conscience Awaken,

To See
Life's Wrongs

Or Lie
Dormant
not To be
Awakened?

Then How Deep
is my Life's Meaning

If it is Shallow
Having Little Depth

To Reflect
Its Meaning?
